'Relatos Salvajes' competirá en la categoría Mejor Film en Habla Extranjera de los premios Oscar..
La noticia se conoció en la mañana de jueves 15 de enero cuando se conocieron los nominados a los galardones de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias de Hollywood.
La película de Damián Szifrón tendrá como rivales a Tangerines (Mandariinid - Estonia), Timbuktu (Mauritania), Ida (Polonia) y Leviathan (Leviafan - Rusia).
El domingo 22 de febrero se realizará la ceremonia de entrega. Como en los últimos años, el evento más importante de la industria cinematográfica será en el Teatro Dolby. En caso de que gane el filme protagonizado por Ricardo Darín, Leo Sbaraglia y Erica Rivas, entre otros reconocidos actores, se convertirá en el tercer proyecto argentino en quedarse con un Oscar: El primero lo ganó 'La Historia Oficial' de Luis Puenzo en 1986 y el segundo llegó en 2010 con 'El Secreto de Sus Ojos' de Juan José Campanella.
'Relatos Salvajes' fue un éxito de taquilla en la Argentina con más de 3.500.000 espectadores y también fue un suceso en el extranjero. Después de su estreno en el Festival de Cannes, llegó a salas de varios países (en España ya fue vista por más de 750 mil espectadores) y es una de las grandes candidatas de los Premios Goya: tiene nueve nominaciones para los Premios Goya.
TODOS LOS NOMINADOS:En Beverly Hills (EE.UU.) se anunciarón las películas que competirán en cada una de las categorías el próximo 22 de febrero.
